Garlic and Herb Mushroom Swiss Burger
My husband’s favorite kind of burger is a Mushroom Swiss Burger. He orders it any time he’s in the mood for a burger, but my burgers homemade burgers always lacked some flavor, until now!
With the help of this Garlic & Herb butter, I made my most delicious burger yet. It was juicy and so simple considering I didn’t have to add a single thing to the dish, but a square of flavored butter.

What you’ll need:
- Garlic and herb butter
- Sliced mushrooms
- Swiss cheese
- Hamburger buns

Garlic & Herb Mushroom Swiss Burger
Using Garlic & Herb butter I made a restaurant-quality juicy mushroom swiss burger!
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 scoop Garlic & Herb butter
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 4 slices of swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Prepare meat into 4 even patties.
Melt one scoop of butter in a saucepan until bubbling. Add mushrooms and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add patties to the melted butter and cook to your liking.
Remove patties from heat and add swiss cheese to each patty.
Serve on hamburger buns.
