The holiday season is a very tough time of the year to eat healthy. With loads of creamy mashed potatoes, buttered rolls, and deserts galore. It is nearly impossible to not over indulge on all the delicious delicacies.
I was listening to the radio yesterday and the morning djs were even talking with their listeners about what they should and should not eat during the holiday season. It was pretty much unanimous among the listeners that you give yourself a cheat day, or two, or three. 🙂 However, that does not work for me. I need help. I have to stay on track with my diet because I know if I let myself sway I will go to the dark-side and stuff my face full of turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, honey ham, Hawaiian rolls, mystery casserole, and pretty much anything loaded with sugar. That is where Herbal Magic comes in.
