Summer is prime blackberry season. If you’re looking for a super simple dessert you can make with your blackberries, look no further than this easy blackberry cobbler recipe! You only need a few ingredients (most often found in your cupboards already) and delicious, fresh blackberries.
Easy Blackberry Cobbler Recipe
This easy dessert recipe is ideal for summer gatherings. The great thing is, this cobbler recipe can easily be swapped out for different seasons, like apple for fall, and cherry for winter.
My SIL made this recipe on her Camp Chef Woodwind Smoker so you can make this outdoors too or while camping!

Ingredients:
- fresh blackberries
- lemon juice
- eggs
- sugar
- flour
- butter
- cinnamon
- brown sugar
- vanilla ice cream (optional)
- whipped cream (optional)

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°. Place washed and fresh blackberries in a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle with flour and gently stir (don’t completely mixed in flour) then sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Stir together eggs, sugar, then add flour in a medium bowl until mixture resembles coarse crumbles. Spread it over fruit.
- Drizzle melted butter over topping. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
