Sheet Pan Sausage & Shrimp Fajitas Recipe
For added flavor, we opted for cream cheese and bacon-stuffed sausage for this recipe, but any sausage will do. Top the sausage and shrimp fajitas with your favorite veggies and you have yourself one delicious meal!

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp, cleaned, shell & tail off
- 6-12 ozs Bavarian Meats cream cheese, bacon, jalapeño sausage, sliced (I use 12oz, 4 links)
- 1 small zucchini, julienned
- 1/2 (each) red, yellow, and orange bell pepper, julienned
- 1/2 sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 2 jalapeños, julienned (optional)
- Cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Flour tortillas 8-10 Ct

Sausage and Shrimp Fajitas Directions:
- Preheat oven 400°F
- In a large bowl, add shrimp, sliced sausage, zucchini, bell peppers, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and olive oil, and using your hand’s mix all the ingredients together.
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Evenly divide fajita mixture on both baking sheets. Sprinkle with cilantro.
- Place in oven and bake for 25-30 mins. Stir halfway through.
- Serve with warm tortillas. Optional toppings; hot sauce, sour cream, tomatoes, avocado, and shredded cheese.
