
Easy Hummus Recipe
Serve this hummus recipe with crackers, pita bread, or your favorite veggies! Measurements with easy to follow printable directions are available at the bottom of this post. Ingredients:- 2 (15 oz) cans organic garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 organic lemons juiced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/3 cup organic toasted sesame seeds
- 2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp organic olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Himalayan pink salt (to taste)
- 4-6 tbsp water
- smoked paprika

- Using a NutriBullet Blender Combo (a food processor works too), add rinsed garbanzo beans, fresh lemon juice, sesame seeds, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, pepper, and water to the NutriBullet 32oz cup.
- Attach extractor blade to the cup tightly, put on base, and select the extract button. Let the NutriBullet work it’s magic. This will create a very smooth and creamy hummus!
- Tip: If hummus is too thick you can easily add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach the perfect consistency.
- Taste before adding salt and sprinkle with smoked paprika before serving.
