Most mornings are pretty hectic around here. Sometimes I barely get out the door on time, and it doesn’t help that both boys find my urgency a funny matter. In their defense, I’m sure I do look a tad silly. 😉 One thing that’s always tossed to the wayside is my breakfast. By the time I return from dropping little man off at school, and taking a morning walk with my younger son, it’s mid-morning, and I’m famished! Plus it’s time to get working on the blog.
So when the dust settles back at home, I pop a Jimmy Dean Delights Breakfast Sandwich in the microwave, and within minutes I’m digging in. It’s a great low-calorie option, tastes delicious, and is high in protein. Now that’s a healthy breakfast! The entire line of Jimmy Dean Delights are under 300 calories.
My favorite #BreakfastDelight sandwich is the Canadian Bacon, Egg White & Cheese Honey Wheat English Muffin. There are many great options from the line including:

There’s nothing better than a warm breakfast on cold winter days, along with your favorite cup of Joe or hot cocoa. Isn’t that right? Sometimes when I’m really hungry, I’ll heat the sandwich up and take it on the go. I typically buy the Jimmy Dean Delights at Walmart, where it’s convenient and priced right.
