Whether you eat on-the-go or at home, Honey Bunches of Oats #MorningEnergy cereal can satisfy your needs. Available in two varieties: Chocolatey Almond Crunch, which includes delicious chocolate morsels and almond slivers and Cinnamon Crunch, which is packed with sweet, crunchy cinnamon clusters.
Both are packed with 6 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, and provide over 2/3 of your day’s whole grain! I’ve had the opportunity to try both flavors and love them. What’s even more impressive is how it fights off hunger cravings for hours. Plus I love any breakfast that includes some sweetness, like chocolate.

Total Time: 1 hour, 15 minutes
- 1-1/4 cups Honey Bunches of Oats Morning Energy Chocolatey Almond Crunch cereal
- 1/2 cup walnut halves
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 4 Tablespoons almond butter
- 2 Tablespoons honey

- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
