Do you have a hard time figuring out what to do with Thanksgiving leftovers? I have the perfect solution to complement the bird with these Turkey Cranberry Salsa Roll-Ups!Turkey Cranberry Salsa Roll-ups
Sauce
1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Cranberry Salsa
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/8 teaspoon dried poultry seasoning

4 (6 to 8-inch) flour tortillas
4 large Romaine lettuce leaves
4 (1-ounce) slices of Provolone cheese
8 ounces of sliced Turkey
Instructions
In small bowl, stir together all sauce ingredients; set aside.
To assemble roll-ups: Place one flour tortilla on cutting board. Top with 1 large Romaine lettuce leaf, 1 slice cheese, and 2 ounces turkey. Spread about 2 tablespoons of salsa down center of turkey slices.
Starting on one side, carefully roll-up tortilla; secure with wooden picks. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
