I also had an issue with my icoffee machine, which I did like much better than my keurig. I emailed them and too was notified that they will send me a new one. Their customer service is great!!

I have to say I had the honor of using the ICoffee while in my daughters home and I am a current owner of the Keurig system which is being replaced very soon with the ICoffee! It really is a smoother taste from the exact same k-cups. We can still enjoy having a wide variety for any visitor to our home while not giving in to Keurig’s new 2.0 system that requires you to use their k-cup brands. Thanks to the younger generation teaching this ole girl a new way to enjoy coffee!

The very BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
After buying my ICoffee in February it quit working on Sunday Memorial day weekend I was so broken hearted. I had learned about this through my daughter and her blog so I called her and she said ” Check with their customer care they are supposed to be really good”. Of course the offices were closed so I sent an email with a description of the problem, which by the way was it would only brew 1 or 2 oz then it would change back to heating. Promptly just 6 hours later I received a response from the customer care department assuring me they would overnight me a new one if I was willing to send the other one back for them to study. Just as promised I have a brand new one along with a return label at no cost to me. What a great experience in today’s environment! I love this company as much as their ICoffee Opus!!!!
