Campbell’s has always been a staple in my home growing up. Today, I still carry on that tradition and use Campbell’s in my home cooked meals.
Although Campbell’s has been around since 1869, they continue to evolve with the times by creating current meal ideas. A perfect example is their new Skillet Sauces offered in 6 great-tasting varieties:
- Creamy Chipotle with Roasted Corn & Black Beans
- Marsala with Mushrooms & Garlic
- Thai Green Curry with Lemongrass & Basil
- Toasted Sesame with Garlic & Ginger
- Fire Roasted Tomato with Red Bell Peppers & Chiles
- Scampi with White Wine & Garlic
We received the Marsala, Toasted Sesame, and Creamy Chipotle skillet sauces to sample. Today, I’m going to be talking about the Marsala with Mushrooms & Garlic.
First, I have to point out how cool the packaging looks. I love how different it is than anything else I’ve seen on the market.
After cooking the chicken, I opened the Campbell’s Skillet Sauces pouch and poured it over the chicken. I then let it simmer for about 5 minutes while mixing in the broccoli and pasta that I cooked separately.
Seriously, does that not look delicious? And it only took roughly 15 minutes to make! The entire family devoured it, including our two young boys. The Campbell’s Skillet Sauces is definitely a keeper in my book and we will be adding this quick meal idea to our bi-weekly menu.
Skillet Sauces are available at grocery stores nationwide alongside boxed dinner kits, marinades, sauces, gravy or broth. We can not wait to try the other flavors offered, however I am certain they will not disappoint! If you find yourself pressed for time any night for dinner and prefer a healthy meal, I recommend checking out Campbell’s new Skillet Sauces. The possibilities are endless with the flavor varieties that are offered.
