My husband and I began a new fitness journey last week. It’s an intermittent fasting method, and by having an accountability partner you are much more likely to succeed. We’re in the early stages so I’m not quite ready to share what we’re doing, but I will say I’ve already lost 3 pounds (in a week)!
It is much harder for females to drop weight. We typically see a loss in measurements vs pounds while males typically shed weight fairly quickly.
This free fitness tracker printable gives you a starting point on weight and measurements so you can set your goals. We recommend measuring both arms and legs as you’ll be surprised that one is typically smaller than the other. Just click the image above to download it.
You’ll then set a goal of how many months you’d like to work at your health goals and document your final results on an additional page provided. Remember visuals help motivate you to keep going! So keep this printable in a space where you’ll see it often (like a mirror) and smash those goals!
