If you have been searching for a lightweight, easy to fold stroller – look no further than the Britax B-Agile. This bad boy is packed with an assortment of great features, which I feel many moms require in a quality stroller.
The last thing moms want to be doing is fumbling around with a stroller that’s hard to use. Britax cuts out all of the confusion with this top-notch stroller.
The Britax B-Agile offers the following stroller features:
- One hand, quick-fold with on/off lock
- Lightweight aluminum frame (only 16.5 lbs!)
- No re-thread, adjustable, five-point harness and head pad with reflective binding
- Infinite seat recline positions
- Large under seat storage and additional pocket with zipper
- Linked parking brake locks both rear wheels
- All-wheel suspension
- Large canopy with ventilation window
One of my favorite features is the ease of adjusting the height on your child’s 5-point harness. On the back of the stroller there is a zippered layer that houses the easy to use adjustable button. Simply squeeze the knob and slide it up or down to the desired position. No re-threading!! The harness straps can be made shorter or longer with the sliding adjusters as well.
The infinite recline positions offer baby the comfort of many resting options, while mom gets a FULL view of baby with the B-Agile’s large ventilation window. The weather cover can be kept down or rolled up and secured with the provided loop and toggle.
The large storage basket is convenient and I appreciate the large zippered pocket to store personal items like keys, cell phone, etc. The linked parking brake is another great feature. This allows for both back wheels to lock simultaneously. Have you ever had a stroller that only locked on one wheel? Depending on the stroller’s position it can still spin and move because the other wheel is not locked. This option allows for a secure way to lock your stroller in place.
The large canopy is appreciated, especially because we live in the Sunshine State. The canopy helps keep baby comfortably shaded during outings. It also provides a small ventilation window up top.
The one-hand, easy fold is one of my favorite features. Simply push the grey oval button on the side of the stroller and pull up on the strap located under the 5-point harness straps and the stroller folds nice and easy for you. Really, it’s that simple! The Britax B-Agile is quite convenient as well, especially with the lightweight framing.
Look how thin the Britax B-Agile folds. This makes it easy for stowing in the car, home, or garage.
The Britax B-Agile may be lightweight, but that doesn’t take away from its durability. It’s of the same quality you would expect from other Britax products and high-end competitors.
Currently the Britax B-Agile stroller is available in 3 fabric color choices: Red, Black, and Sandstone. The stroller is priced at $269.99 and available at Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, Babies R Us, and online at amazon.com for $249.99. Still need a little more information before purchasing? Britax provides 3 very helpful videos on their site about the B-Agile and it’s features. I highly encourage checking them out!
