We were so excited to take our little guy back to school shopping for the very first time! This is one of the picture perfect moments that you want to capture, and I’m so happy I teamed up with Fruit of the Loom for this opportunity! Kids grow like weeds, and my boys were no exception this summer. Although they are nearly 3 years apart, they wear almost the same size clothing! So little brother is getting a bunch of hand me downs as we make room for big brother’s new back to school clothes.
During Florida’s tax-free weekend, the whole family took a trip to Wal-Mart to shop for the Fruit of the Loom bonus packs, among other items. We found a huge display with socks, shirts, and underwear for the whole family. The cool part is the bonus packs range from $6-$10 and include extra garments, making one package last even longer. That’s a great deal!
J has been excited to begin elementary school all summer long, so taking this back to school shopping trip only solidified that the school year is drawing near. He had a blast picking out his new wardrobe. We even grabbed a few new things for L so he didn’t feel left out, including a bonus pack of Fruit of the Loom socks. And hubby found some V-neck tees to wear under his dress shirts for work.
Wal-Mart has such great prices that we only spent a little over $100 for all of this back to school gear! They even had summer clearance items that bundled a t-shirt, shorts, and flip-flops for only $5! Living in Florida, we can definitely get a few more months of use out of those items.
#FruitoftheLoom wants to help your family this back to school year by offering one lucky My Boys and Their Toys reader a $75 Wal-Mart gift card!! Is that amazing or what? $75 can go a LONG way as seen in our shopping trip above. So who’s ready to join me in an Underwear for Overachievers shop?
