2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 banana, ½ cup of ice, 1 cup of the milk of your choice or yogurt


1.     Place peanut butter, banana, ice, and milk into a blender and blend until smooth 2.     Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish with sliced bananas, chocolate chips, flaxseed, peanuts, or coconut.
