Ingredients

For the eggless cookie dough: 1 stick unsalted butter softened 3/4 cups packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons milk

For the pudding pops: TWIX BitesCookie Dough 5 ounce box of instant vanilla pudding (I used the no sugar added kind) 3 cups of cold milk 10 dixie cups 10 popsicle sticks

Instructions

For the eggless cookie dough bites: With your mixer, combine the butter and brown sugar. Next, add in the vanilla and salt and mix. Add in 2 tablespoons of milk and mix. Store in the fridge, or freeze for up to 3 months.

For the pudding pops: Take small chunks of cookie dough (recipe above) and roll them into balls around the size of a nickel. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding and cold milk about 2 minutes or until beginning to thicken. Stir in the cookie dough balls. I did 20 balls and had a small portion of the cookie dough leftover. In the bottom of the dixie cup place a few halves of TWIX Bites or another option is to crush up the TWIX Bites and mix-in.

Next, fill the cup 1/3 of the way full with the pudding mixture, then add a few more TWIX Bites halves. Add another dollop of pudding mixture to the cup. Place pudding cups in the fridge to set for at least 15 minutes. Push the popsicle sticks into the pudding cups and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Peel off the paper cups and serve the pudding pops.
