Apple & Goat Cheese Flatbread

Apple & Goat Cheese Flatbread is an easy snack or party appetizer!

Ingredients

1-1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1 granny smith apple, cored and sliced, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 4 oz Montchevre goat cheese-softened, 3 Tbsp honey (divided), dried cranberries, naan/flatbread

Instructions

Brush flatbread with olive oil, and heat each side for a few minutes on a medium heated pan. Next, toss apple slices and lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside. In another small bowl combine goat cheese and 1.5 tablespoons of honey or use Montchevre goat cheese with honey (pictured below). Mix until thoroughly combined and goat cheese is creamy. Spread each flatbread with about 2 tablespoons of the goat cheese and honey mixture. Top with apple slices, dried cranberries and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
