Berry-Ricotta Crepe Layer Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 - 5 inch crepes made with World Market's French Style Crepe Mix 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, 1/2 cup Maison de Monaco Blackberry & Poppy Flower Preserves (World Market), 1 cup of fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries), Powdered Sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Layer about 1/4 cup of Ricotta cheese on top of one crepe.
  2. Then, dot small spoonfuls of Maison de Monaco Blackberry & Poppy Flower Preserves on top.
  3. Over that, layer on about 1/4 cup of fresh berries.
  4. Repeat two more layers on top.
  5. On the fourth crepe, spread 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese and top with another crepe.
  6. Dust powdered sugar over the tops. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
