Sheet Pan Sausage and Shrimp Fajitas

This thirty-minute meal is a lifesaver on busy weeknights! We’ve made these Sheet Pan Sausage and Shrimp Fajitas cajun style, but you can easily eliminate the spice if your kids prefer a blander seasoning.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning, 1 lb jumbo shrimp, cleaned, shell & tail off, 6-12 ozs Bavarian Meats cream cheese, bacon, jalapeño sausage, sliced (I use 12oz, 4 links), 1 small zucchini, julienned, 1/2 (each) red, yellow, and orange bell pepper, julienned, 1/2 sweet onion, thinly sliced, 2 jalapeños, julienned (optional), Cilantro, 1 Tbsp lime juice, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, 2 Tbsp olive oil, Flour tortillas 8-10 Ct

Instructions

Preheat oven 400°F. In a large bowl, add shrimp, sliced sausage, zucchini, bell peppers, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and olive oil, and using your hand’s mix all the ingredients together. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Evenly divide fajita mixture on both baking sheets. Sprinkle with cilantro Place in oven and bake for 25-30 mins. Stir halfway through. Serve with warm tortillas. Optional toppings; hot sauce, sour cream, tomatoes, avocado, and shredded cheese.
