Ingredients

Prepackaged sweet rolls, mini chocolate chips, orange tic-tac, cooked bacon. For the Icing: 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened, 1 cup Powdered Sugar,1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 4-6 tsp Milk or Cream

Instructions

Open a package of sweet rolls and place the rolls on a baking sheet. Begin by placing 1 full roll on the baking sheet. For the second roll, remove a small portion of the rolls’ outer layer and set aside. Place that roll on top of another to begin building your snowman. Next, use the small dough piece set aside to create a scarf for the snowman. Then, remove a larger portion of the top roll so it’s smaller than the other two. Place that roll on top of the other two, and use the remaining dough to craft a hat for the snowman. Bake as directed on the packaging.

For the Icing: Soften the cream cheese by whipping it in your mixer on a low setting for approximately 1 minute. Next, add the powdered sugar and mix together until smooth. Add in vanilla extract and 4 teaspoons of milk. If the mixture is too thick, add an additional teaspoon or two of milk, until the icing/dip reaches your desired consistency.

Once the rolls have cooled, spread cream cheese icing over them, followed by chocolate chips, orange tic-tacs, and bacon to form a face and buttons for the snowman.
