Ingredients
4 tablespoons of active yeast 1 cup of warm water 1 cup of yogurt 5-6 cups of flour ½ cup of blueberries 2 tablespoons of melted butter or oil
Instructions
1. Mix warm water and yeast and let set for 5 minutes 2. Add in yogurt and mix well 3. Slowly add in flour until a soft dough is formed 4. Fold in berries 5. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size 6. On a floured surface roll out dough until it is ¾ inch thick 7. Using a donut cutter (or two round cutters) cut out a donut shape 8. Let rise for 20 minutes 9. Place in the air fryer for 6 minutes on 350 OR Bake in the oven at 350 for 19-23 minutes 10. Brush with melted butter or oil 11. If cooking via air fryer, put back in for 4 additional minutes
