Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Premier Protein Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 sliced, cored Apple
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 1/4 cup uncooked Oats
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 6 oz Vanilla Yogurt
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 6 oz water
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and mix for 1 minute. This recipe makes a 24oz shake. Garnish the top with a hint of cinnamon if desired.
