Whoa! Universal CityWalk is getting a major facelift. During a press conference earlier this week I learned about 8 new restaurants opening at Universal Citywalk. The Red Oven is the first to open its doors at Universal Orlando Resort’s “front door”. The Universal Studios Store is also undergoing a major expansion.
I had the opportunity to taste test The Red Oven’s pizza and boy was it delicious! I even went back for a 2nd slice. Shhhh! 😉 The restauranteurs for The CowFish share their unique story of how the restaurant came to be. It’s a pretty neat story! (check out the video below to hear it)
The Bread Box is going to make the whole area smell of delicious fresh bread all day long. It will be a great place for gooey sandwiches. Pranzo Italian Kitchen will bring wonderful fresh flavors together for authentic Italian meals. I can’t wait to try it! The Hot Dog Hall of Fame screams American traditions and will live up to its name with every kind of hot dog imaginable.
I have a big sweet tooth and was really excited to see that Coldstone Creamery and Menchies will be opening stores at Universal CityWalk soon. For more detailed information about each of the restaurants coming to Universal’s front door and the all-new Cabana Bay Resort, which will be a family friendly affordable hotel, check out this video:
