A big thanks to Huggies for partnering for today’s post! All opinions are my own.
Summers are all about getting outside, to the beach, and just getting away! As a mom of two that are 2 and under, I find that our daily needs can be just as varied as the typical Florida summer weather. It’s either raining or shining! Thankfully, we are always ready for whatever summer has in store, like a day at the pool with Grandpa!
Although our 2 and a half year old is potty trained, she still requests a Pull-Up for added confidence in getting through the night. Sammy generally does well each night, but all kids have accidents and the night that follows is typically when a Pull-Ups Training Pants is requested. Huggies Pull-Ups provide stretch from side-to-side making it easy to push down and, of course, pull up! It’s also fully adjustable on each side which makes it easy to ensure a proper fit.
Travel Tip: Being in an unusual environment can be nerve-wracking for both child and mom, that’s when having some extra Pull-Ups ready can be SUPER helpful for overnights away from home.
Travel Tip: Huggies Pull-ups and OverNites also provide back-up support for travel on long road trips. For those moments when you have trouble finding a suitable rest stop quickly!
This momma really earned her stripes with son, Sean, who waited until 10 months old to sleep through the night. Yes, I said 10 months…10 MONTHS!!! The level of exhaustion I felt is beyond comprehension anymore. Anything and I mean anything I can do to get a full 8 hours of sleep, I WILL DO! Luckily, extreme measures are not necessary because Huggies OverNites is a mother’s dream! These diapers provide up to 12 hours of leak protection with the SnugFit waistband to ensure that the diaper will stay in place all night long. He may not sleep much, but when he does, its precious!
Splashing at the pool or wading at the beach, Huggies Little Swimmers disposable swim pants provide worry free protection. Unlike other swim diapers, these don’t swell and leave your toddler with and extra waddle after splash time!
Travel Tip: Always pack swim diapers, just in case you make a pool pit stop on hot days. Also, when buying Little Swimmers be sure you get the size that will fit snugly on those sweet baby thighs to keep everything contained, right where it should (in the swim diaper!).
What must-haves do you include in your diaper bag during summer months?

For a summer diaper bag we definitely always have a change of clothes. My grandsons don’t like when their clothing feels sweaty and they like to change shirts, etc.

I have a 2 year old and we use the huggiesswim diapers, but I’ve not yet tried the overnight diapers. I need too though, he tends to leak at night.

I retired from diaper shopping 17 years ago and I almost perfect the the art of diaper packing. I never bought any swimming diaper before, such an old school .

We visit the beach as often as we can. My babies were 1 and 2 last year and Little Swimmers came in very handy!

My girls are not in diapers, but I still pack wipes. I think it’s important to have wipes because kids get messy often. Also sunscreen and water are musts as well.

Good list for everyone going on vacation right now. Make a checklist and you will enjoy your time even more when everything is already pre-planned!

Those are the BEST for pools! I don’t think I would take them in wearing anything else!

When my kids were little we always used Little Swimmers. They are so handy this time of year with all the water/beach activities!
