In the past when I have tried to do other diets it always seems like I start to breakdown and cheat around week four. I see some positive weight loss and then tell myself that I can have a couple of cookies and maybe a beer or 2. Well, to my surprise I have not felt the need to cheat. The Nutrisystem food is really good. My body has adjusted to smaller portions, but I eat pretty frequently throughout the day because I snack on healthy foods like green beans, carrots, grape tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers.
I am glad that this program allows you to eat foods that you would normally ban on most diets. My boss even walked in my office the other day and I was eating a package of chocolate chip cookies and she said are you supposed to be eating that, and I showed her the Nutrisystem package with a smile on my face. She then left me to enjoy the rest of my delicious snack.
Nutrisystem Week 4 Check-in
Being that I have been on Nutrisystem for a month I wanted to update everyone on my progress. I have lost 3.5 inches from my waist, so that makes me really happy because my clothes fit so much more comfortably. I have lost 16 pounds, which is an average of 4 pounds a week, which is great! I am able to play with my boys for longer periods of time without getting tired, and I do not snore as frequently as before, well at least that is what my wife says, but I still will not admit that I snore. 🙂
I have two months to go on Nutrisystem and I am ecstatic about my progress so far. If you are still hung up on what weight loss program to go with I would highly recommend Nutrisystem. They have the right plan for you and it does work!
