I was invited as media to cover MommyCon in Orlando. All opinions are my own.
I’ve always been ultra conscientious of my impact on the planet, so when we found out we were expecting our first little one, my determination to use natural and sustainable products to help raise our growing family went into overdrive. Our family constantly seeks ways that we can help to reduce waste and find double duty items to extend the life of any single product. Natural, positive parenting is what we strive for which is why I am beyond thrilled to have been invited to attend Orlando MommyCon Convention!

The conventions’ theme “Growing Together” will cover a wide array of topics for all moms (and dads) to be as well as parents of toddlers and preschoolers with seminars and workshops that include; babywearing, birthing, breastfeeding, cloth diapering, car seat safety, natural health and medicine, baby gear, child-proofing and more. The conference comprises a full day of educational programming on natural and organic parenting methods plus a product showcase hall of 80 exhibitors! I can’t wait to meet some of these great exhibitors to chat with folks that represent some of the products that we already LOVE and learn about some great new products too!
Speaking of exhibitors, here’s just a few that will be attending:
Keynote speakers include body positive photographer Jade Beall of the Beautiful Body Project, Jessica Martin-Weber of The Leaky Boob, Jennifer Labit, CEO of Cotton Babies, and acclaimed actress and YouTube sensation Angel Laketa Moore. I am, personally, very excited to hear from Jessica Martin-Weber of The Leaky Boob. Jessica is a mom of six and is dedicated to helping mothers find the strength and courage to breastfeed in an unsupportive society. She will provide a raw and emotional look into nourishing babies, toddlers, and mothers. As a nursing Momma, who also works full time I am looking forward to hearing from her and other moms who can relate to the daily pressures to disregard the relationship and connection that nursing brings between mom and baby. There are so many great sessions and natural and organic vendors lined up for the conference that I can’t wait to share with you!
If you are looking for products and tips to help your family live a natural lifestyle and you will be in Orlando next week, be sure to join me at MommyCon!
