In November we shared our review of the beautiful Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As we enter 2014, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress celebrates its 30th Anniversary. I thought it was a great time to spread the news about this milestone anniversary while sharing additional details about our stay.
As I mentioned in my review post, the property is tucked away on a private lake with beautiful views at each turn. It also offers several family friendly activities including 12 free-flowing water falls, heated and non-heated pools, a water slide, two whirlpools, splash zone for kids, and rock climbing stations to name a few.
My husband enjoyed the four uniquely challenging Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf courses. The 9-hole pitch n’ putt course is included with your stay and the property provides you with clubs, tees, score cards, and complimentary ball. The activity center allows you to check out one of their many bicycles if you want to hit the trails around the 1,500 acre property. You can also jog or walk on one of their three varying trails.
We had the opportunity to utilize the Hyatt Regency Club, which is an upgrade service that offers complimentary continental breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres. Plus complimentary beverages throughout the day. It’s a beautiful hidden gem on the property and comes highly recommended by us.
