As many of you know, we’re in the process of selling our first home we purchased as a couple. Between packing and moving, there’s no better time than now to rid ourselves of things we no longer need. Something I feel passionate about is green living, and after going through several cabinets I noticed just how many cleaning products I have that are unnatural and toxic. I’ve decided that my next home will be a healthy home.
I choose a healthier, happier world for my kids. Below are just a few examples of what I use to clean our home. These were under the kids bathroom cabinet. After doing a bit of research, I learned of Walgreens new product line Ology, endorsed by Healthy Child Healthy World.
I headed to Walgreens and found the #WalgreensOlogy products throughout the store, including laundry detergent, softener, and all purpose cleaner. These plant based cleaners fight tough stains without the harsh chemicals, including no dyes, artificial fragrances or phosphates. Walgreens Ology is also free of chlorine bleach and their bottles are made from 100% post-consumer materials. The laundry products are HE compatible and I love the scent of the spring lavender and vanilla fragrance.
I also located bath tissue and paper towels on a separate aisle. I really like the product label and packaging too.
Walgreens Ology products are 100% tree free and are made from sugarcane husk & quick growing bamboo that regenerates in as little as six months. Because I choose to live well, these products suit our lifestyle and I was happy to make the switch. If the products are just as effective and similar in price, it just make sense to me to choose the healthier products for my family.
Are you looking for ways to live a healthier lifestyle? Maybe you’re doing some spring cleaning of your own. Consider Walgreens Ology products next time you shop. I think you’ll really like the difference.
