Life…Supplemented WannaBeWell App

As Moms we sometimes put ourselves last. I know I’m guilty of that all too often. I recently came across a free app that can be used on the iPhone and iPad by Life…Supplemented called WannaBeWell.

The WannaBeWell App is a comprehensive wellness resource that educates, activates, and motivates those who are looking to lead a healthier lifestyle. That’s me! It’s based on three pillars of health at the core of the Life…Supplemented program, Healthy Diet + Supplements +Exercise.

Apple iPhone 5 Details

It’s official Apple will be releasing a new iPhone! The iPhone 5 will be taller, thinner, and faster. Here’s the breakdown on the iPhone 5 new features:

As expected, the new iPhone 5 will be 18% thinner than the iPhone 4S. Which makes it also 20% lighter. The Retina Display expands from a 3.5 screen to a 4 inch screen. That means there will be a fifth row of icons on the home screen. Apple also promises that wide-screen movies will display better, with 44% more saturation than the iPhone 4S.

The “iSight” camera stays at 8 megapixels. A dynamic light mode is new, and users will be able to launch photography apps up to 2.1 times faster. There is also a built-in panorama mode that stitches shots together for a 28 megapixel photo. The second front camera will now shoot a 720p HD video and it gets a backside illuminated sensor.

From Cnet.com: Inside, the iPhone 5 will debut with iOS 6 already onboard. Highlights include the new Apple Maps app, Passbook, shared photo streams, Siri updates, and the aforementioned FaceTime over 3G. iOS 6 will be available for download next Wednesday, September 19.

When will the iPhone 5 go on sale? Mark you calendars for September 21st. The new Apple iPhone 5 will be released in 3 different models; 16GB for $199, 32GB for $299, and the 64GB for $399. All will be available in black or white. The iPhone 5 will go on sale in nine countries: US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. More countries will follow my end of month. The nine countries previously listed can pre-order the iPhone 5 starting September 14th.

iPhone 5 Release Date Leaked

Mark your calendar for September 12th for an announcement by Apple, and the 21st for the date the new smartphone is expected to be available.  However, neither date has been confirmed by Apple at this point.

Is this the new iPhone 5?

The new Passbook app which is a major piece of Apple’s new iOS 6, will allow handling of movie tickets, coupons, and boarding passes, among other items.  As more sensitive data is stored within the iPhone, it seems that a higher level of security will be necessary. There is speculation that Apple’s latest version of the device could include fingerprint security.

Various sources claim the iPhone 5 will feature a larger, 4-inch screen. Digitimes quotes the source as saying that Apple is expanding the screen size “to support the tablet PC market as the vendor only has a 9.7-inch iPad in the market.”

Stay tuned for more details as they become available.
