On my recent trip to the grocery store I grabbed a few ingredients to make 15 Minute Cheesy Chicken and Rice.
Between t-ball games and practice, church, school, blog events, and more we hardly have enough time to eat a family meal, let alone cook one. However, because eating healthy and sitting down for a meal together is important to me, we somehow make it happen. Thanks to Minute Rice I’m able to use a few simple ingredients to make a healthy meal that the whole family enjoys.
The Cheesy Chicken and Rice recipe calls for boneless skinless chicken, Minute White Rice, condensed chicken broth, broccoli florets, and cheese. After cooking the chicken, I added all the ingredients together to cook on low for a few minutes. You can see the pictures of the steps below on just how simple this meal was to create.
