Hotel Murano Tacoma Review

The boys and I have just returned home from our two week long family vacation. Part of our time was spent in Tacoma, Washington where we stayed at the luxurious Hotel Murano. You may have caught my original post here and now that we’ve returned I’m so excited to share our experience at Hotel Murano.

As you begin your journey in Hotel Murano’s lobby you will experience the beauty and luster of glass which is integrated into everything from the front desk to the door pulls. And don’t forget to look up! Take in the breathtaking Venetian chandelier of blown glass and the glorious Viking boats that depict the myths of the Norse Gods.

Monsters University Coming to a Theater Near You

My son Brayden has wanted a sequel to Monsters Inc since the moment he watched it. He’s 7 now, but it is one of the few Disney Pixar movies he still watches every time it’s on. I have to share the exciting news that they are releasing “Monsters University” the summer of 2013. We are so very excited! Check out the sneak peek trailer they just released. You can’t help but find yourself giggling at Mike and Sulley.

Miami Seaquarium Celebrates Miami Heat

In celebration of the Miami Heat securing its second NBA championship in franchise history, Miami Seaquarium is pleased to offer the final leg of its “white hot” deal on admission to the park.  Miami Heat Fans who visit the park with their Heat gear will receive a 50% discount on admission to the park.  The discount is good until June 30, 2012.

“The promotion started at the beginning of the playoffs, offering increasing discounts to fans after every round of the playoffs,” said Andrew Hertz, general manager of Miami Seaquarium.  “This is the culmination of that promotion and we couldn’t be happier offering it to all Miami Heat fans.”
